The 101 Challenges

27th April 2021 is the date to remember. Fear not, it’s not Armageddon, it’s 1001 days from today and the clock is ticking. So its time to kick some challenge arse, 101 times over.

So for the big reveal. Here’s my list of 101 Challenges ….

  1. Take my son to Disneyland Paris COMPLETED August 2018
  2. Get to my goal weight of 11 stone – about 4 stone to go!
  3. Run a half marathon
  4. Run a marathon
  5. Complete Rat Race Dirty Weekend for a second time (not that kind of dirty weekend. Think 20 miles of mud running and 200 obstacles) – booked in for 11/05/2019
  6. See a Burlesque show
  7. Get married in Vegas (okay I might be a bit late for this one as I’m already married!!!!! So the options are either get a divorce and trade the hubby in for a toy boy, or Plan B renew our vows in Vegas! 🙂 )
  8. Exercise every day for a month – COMPLETED 2/09/18
  9. Try a different diet a week for 8 weeks
  10. Teach my son to swim
  11. Complete a fiction writing course
  12. Learn to play the guitar
  13. Detox from alcohol for a month – COMPLETED 2/9/18
  14. Visit 5 cities I have never been to before
  15. Do ‘Go Ape’
  16. Celebrate my 40th without crying!
  17. Paint a picture
  18. Buy a camper van
  19. Go to a music festival
  20. Give up bread for a month – COMPLETED 2/9/18

  95. Don’t look at my phone when I’m meant to be doing something else (e.g. walking!) for a whole day
  96. Have a technology free weekend – my son will hate me for this one!!!!!
  97. Make and bury a time capsule
  98. Plant a magnolia tree in memory of my dad and scatter his ashes
  99. Watch a film from the year I was born COMPLETED 19/08/18
  100. Do a fire walk!
